Investors in technology need to pay attention to corporate governance

A very good article in the Economist this week worth a read if you are into Governance and oversight, or in need of it. The tech sector dominated by American sentiments is understandably focussed on customers and results. Too often though forgetting the ‘legal admin’ or governance that keeps it all legal, decent, honest and truthful. Which undermines investor and staff confidence, diminishing their support when the going gets tough – which inevitably happens to most at some point.
